International Institute For Human Empowerment, Inc.
January 7, 2007 -- The International Institute for Human Empowerment, Inc., has just completed 10 years of the International Peace meditation. 120 Meditations have been given for reflection. Approximately 100 countries have visited the web site. Many more visit and are recorded as "of unknown origin." The Empowerment Message is spreading and we are a part of it. Like all things created in time, we must move forward. Time is of the essence. The Empowerment Message is becoming even more critical. Some of you will be drawn to the parts of the Message that speak of freedom, for you desire relief from oppression. Some of you are in relationships that hold you back, and do not allow for full contribution of your life as you are designed. Some of you look for love, but have not yet found it to be unconditional, as it must be. Most of you know that there is more to life than selling one's life for a paycheck, and you desire meaningful work for compensation. Some of you desire connection with the Divine. These Meditations have been directed toward all of these important life issues. Most are recorded on our web site at www.humanempowerment.org. They are listed by title so that you can find what you need. A Collection will soon be available in hard copy. "Moriah", (Sue's spiritual name), will soon provide messages on a new web site. The site will be found at www.enterthenewworld.com (Enter the New World). It will contain the writings of the "New World Library". Please note this address, and begin to look for the new site in approximately one month. Some of you will be especially drawn to this site and will want to immediately share it with others. It will contain important, even essential, messages for the coming times. Looking back over the past 10 years, Message #18, from June 7, 1998, bears repeating, and has not yet been published on this site. Although it has received minor editing, its message remains consistent. It is significant for its timeliness, its help in understanding relationships, and in helping one find one's spiritual purpose. Spiritual Purpose is that intention with which we each come into the world. It will rarely bring power and fame; instead it will bring fulfillment and a sense of contentment-a feeling that one is where one is meant to be. Watch for Moriah's Message beginning with "A Gift from Moriah" which will soon be found at www.enterthenewworld.com. This new website will contain Messages of Empowerment for the new high-tech era which has already begun, and the resulting changes for which we need to prepare. Thank you for being an important part of this movement. You can help to lead this Empowerment Movement by sharing the messages at www.humanempowerment.org and www.enterthenewworld.com with others. Lead by committing to your spiritual purpose as it is revealed to you. Follow your spiritual purpose as it unfolds. Lead by allowing Love to lead you. Lead now, because it is essential now that you do so! Please join us in prayer/meditation on December 31, 2006, as we celebrate 10 years of the International Peace Meditation. You are an important part of an Empowerment Movement that is critical to the positive evolution of the planet, as well as the positive evolution of your life. May Love bless you as you live your life in service as has been ordained.
"The True Meaning of Life"
Today as we celebrate 10 years of the International Peace Meditation, we are grateful to Love, and to each other. The Guidance we receive that draws us together, is the same Guidance that separates us from those with whom we are no longer designed to participate. In other words, if we follow our sense of internal knowing, or Knowledge, we find that we are drawn toward some people and away from others. This does not mean that we do not love everyone in the universal sense, but that as we journey through life, there are some with whom we are designed to participate in order to complete our life's work. If we devote our lives to Love, we will be able to leave inappropriate relationships for more appropriate ones. We are each unique. We are all human, and we have many varying characteristics. On the outside, some of our varying characteristics are race and gender. Differences that are just as strong, but not visible, include beliefs, lifestyle preferences, values, and ethnic characteristics such as customs and language of origin. However, there is a third and more important determinant which has not been fully addressed. The most powerful characteristic, the greatest of all determinants, is spiritual purpose. Spiritual purpose is our true identity. Spiritual purpose is why we came into the world: what we each are to learn, and what we each are to contribute. Most of us try to learn from the experiences of our lives. When painful events occur in our life journey, we ask, "Why?" If we are truly intent on finding an answer, we may ask, "What am I to learn from this experience?" Many have been able to understand profound lessons from encountering illness, accidents, broken relationships, mental breakdowns, or addictions. Learning lessons is the reason we came into the world. Each of us is a soul in evolution. In other words, although we can't consciously remember experiences before our physical birth, or even for some time after, all previous experiences are a part of our soul's journey. Some of us are very old souls! We have had many experiences, gained understanding from other lessons, and apply those lessons to our current lifetime. That is why one can see people operating at many levels based upon spiritual evolution. Some seek only for themselves, even at the expense of others, and can maim and kill with little or no reservation. In contrast, others give their lives in service to others due to a higher level of understanding and evolution. And, of course, there are many other levels in between that constitute where the majority at any given time will fall. Thus it is that previous lessons, and the understanding learned from these lessons, determine behavior. For those who are drawn into a deeper level of service, of devoting their lives to serving others, and even to serving those of future generations, there has been a deeper understanding of the lessons experienced. Those at the higher ends of the evolutionary scale have a desire to contribute their lives in service to Love by serving humanity. And those few at the highest end recognize that they have returned with a message that needs to be delivered to humanity for its safe evolution. You may recognize this by a deeper understanding than one ordinarily has, a deeper commitment than one usually has, a deeper sense of urgency, and a desire to serve Love and others above all else. It is important that this be acknowledged not for the sake of the ego, but so one can recognize a true Teacher. A True Teacher is also one who exhibits true motives in the midst of other human motives, and strives to always make the distinction between human motives, and motives for higher purpose. That is how that Teacher among you may be recognized. You are hearing or reading this because you are drawn to higher purpose. Some of you feel a deep sense that you know the area in which that service is to be given. Others have a sense of internal conflict, a desire for resolution or peace within, and a desire to serve, but are confused regarding where you should be and what you should do. This is where many people spend their lives because, while they feel a deep need to contribute, they do not have the discipline that requires surrender, and ability to follow Guidance. For anyone who feels a need for resolution, you may want to seek assistance from someone who exhibits qualities already described as a True Teacher. As has long been said, 'When the student is ready, the teacher appears.' The true meaning of life is to seek and do spiritual purpose. We have each come to learn, and to contribute. When that learning has become more conscious, and the desire to serve is great, that person is ready to learn where he or she is designed to serve. This is why we have each come into the world. As we each progress on this journey to discover, and complete, our life's purpose, we will be drawn toward those with whom we are to participate, and others will fall away. This is as it is intended. In our society we are often taught that marriage is forever. And, indeed, if we are united with our true partner, this is so. Depending on our life purpose, our true life partner may assist us directly, or indirectly. For those whose mission is most specific, one may find that although his/her partner may be compatible on many levels, the other may not be compatible on the level of completing one's life purpose. In some instances, people are unable to complete their life's purpose because of being in a good relationship that is difficult to leave, but one which is not compatible spiritually. In other words, there is no congruence between that to which each wants to contribute a life of service, although each may have a higher purpose. In this type of instance, one needs to release the other with love so that each can pursue his/her life's purpose in concert with others on similar journeys. This is, or course, most disruptive, and causes pain if both do not understand this as the true reason for separation. Yet it must be done if one is to accomplish spiritual purpose. In other instances, assistance with day-to-day living provides the foundation for expressing spiritual purpose as long as there is mutual respect and support. Thus, this is the question each on a spiritual path must ask: "What am I to do, and to whom do I feel drawn to participate?" Thus, the true meaning of life is to learn lessons needed by one's soul, and to contribute one's gift of life in service. In the accomplishment of this purpose one will be drawn to some people, and away from others. While man's laws may require that one should be faithful to one person throughout life, for one on the spiritual path, one may be drawn to another to learn and to contribute. In other words, the relationship needs to serve spiritual purpose, rather than purpose serving the relationship. That is why you sometimes see people trapped in relationships that no longer have meaning. While each may be faithful to the other, if the partnership does not serve spiritual purpose, the two people may either stay together in frustration of their individual goals, or stay together due to a commitment that is no longer purposeful. This is not to promote promiscuity, but to explain why those more highly evolved may develop strong discomfort in apparently good relationships. That person is evolving spiritually to a point of desire to contribute, and must find those people with whom he/she is designed to contribute. It is so ordained that all life returns to Source. Source is that from which we have come, and to which we will return. All life is evolution of the spirit until it can return to Source. Therefore, it is imperative, if we are to learn what it is we are meant to learn, and contribute the gifts we brought with us into this life, that we must examine all our primary relationships to determine if they support our journey. Some will assist. Some will participate directly. But none must inhibit our growth and contribution. Thus it is the design of the Universe that each learn lessons for increased understanding, and each contribute his/her gifts that the world might be blessed. Therefore, 'Let all you do be done for Love.'
